Dolpa is a remote and mountainous district of Karnali Province in Nepal. It is sparsely populated but largest district of Nepal by area, covering over 7,889 km². Dolpa district is bordered by Tibet to the north, Jumla and Mugu districts to the west, Myagdi, Jajarkot, and Rukum districts to the south, and Mustang district to the east. Dunai is the main business center of this district. Economy of Dolpa is based on subsistence agriculture, animal husbandry, trade and tourism.
